Safe Online ordering of all our supplies to every country in the world. If you agree you are redirected to a secure payment site, separate from us, where your order is processed with SSL (Secure Socked Layer).
You can pay with a credit card of all the mayor credit card companies like Visa, Master Amex or Diners Club. After receiving the okay from the credit card company we will send the order as soon as possible. Transit time is depending upon country.
When an item is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible

We accept Visa and Eurocard / MasterCard. When ordering this way we advice you not to e-mail your credit card information, but to phone us your credit card number and expiration date. On receiving confirmation we will dispatch your ordered supplies

You can pay in advance the complete amount on our Postbank bank account 7859433.
To know the total amount fill in the order form and fill in your country for the shipping costs. The system will calculate the total costs. Of course you can e-mail your order too.
Then we will calculate the total costs for you.

Pricing
All our prices are in Euro and subject to change without further notice. The Purchaser cannot claim rights about information and prices on the Internet site

Shipment
We send our supplies by regular airmail. Costs depend on the weight of the shipment and the zone of your country. Our automated billing system will calculate the weight of the total of items you ordered and when you enter the zone of your country the system will calculate the total shipping costs in Euros. If you want to know the price in your local currency, you can use the currency converter.
For Dutch dealers we have to add 19% Dutch tax.
For dealers living in the European community we need your VAT number.
For dealers in the rest of the world, our prices are exclusive local tax and clearance.
Guarantee
We guarantee our products for one year after purchase.
If your ordered products are damaged during transport, you can ship them back to us, after having received them we will replace them at our costs. You only have to pay the freight charges for sending them back.
We keep the right to refuse a claim when the product is used in another way as was the purpose of the product or when used in another way then was described in the users manual. Our liability to pay damages for property damage by reason of the applicable product liability legislation, including all rights of recourse, is excluded.
We retain title to the product(s) delivered until all the claims that we have – on whatever legal grounds – against the Purchaser have been paid in full.
The Purchaser is only permitted to re-sell the product delivered – even if this has been subjected to processing – within the context of the regular business operations that it carries on for this purpose. However, this permission is precluded if the resulting claims are assigned to third parties or are the subject of an assignment prohibition, or if the Purchaser is insolvent or in default with the performance of its contractual obligations.
No other manner of disposition is permitted to the Purchaser whatever. In the event of distrainment, confiscation or other disposition by third parties, the Purchaser is to notify us hereof immediately.
